Since our jewelry is not waterproof, we suggest taking it off while showering or swimming.

I received a damaged item, what do I do?

We ask all customers to try on the items you have purchased immediately after receiving your order. You must report a damaged item within 2 days of when your tracking says you received your order, and proof provided with pictures must be provided to us.

In the rare case that you do receive a damaged item, we will send you a brand new one free of any charges.
